I sent them the same information as well and am awaiting a response. Additionally I contacted the consumerist via their tips link on or about the 24th and am awaiting their response. The first negative feedback (toolhaus.org) concerning fake controllers from this vendor was on May-12-09 at 08:41 am. Yet through all of ebay/paypal’s investigative prowess of counterfeits they have STILL been unable to determine if this vendor traffics in fake goods.
